TRIZ AI
AI-powered diagnostics for safer, longer-lasting EV batteries - without disassembly.
TRIZ-AI uses real-world driving data to deliver instant fire and anomaly alerts, accurate battery health (SOH) and lifespan (RUL) predictions, and second-life grading for recycling.
A cloud-native SaaS platform for fleets, insurers, and individual drivers.
TRIZ AI, Our Technology
AI-powered EV Battery SOH(State-of-Health) & RUL(Remaining Useful Life) predictions
SOH (State-of-Health) quantifies the current performance and condition of an EV battery, showing how efficient it is compared to a new battery.
RUL (Remaining Useful Life) predicts the remaining safe usage time of the battery, helping drivers and companies anticipate the right point for maintenance or replacement.
AI algorithms analyze driving patterns, charging habits, and environmental data to calculate SOH and RUL with precision, greatly enhancing efficiency and safety in battery management.
Cloud-based analytics - no hardware installation required
TRIZ-AI™ is a cloud-based platform that requires no complex hardware installation to start using.
Vehicle data is transmitted and analyzed in real time on the cloud, allowing drivers and enterprises to access results without additional devices.
This approach reduces deployment costs and maintenance efforts while enabling rapid scalability.
Fire risk alerts based on real-time anomaly detection
TRIZ-AI™ continuously analyzes key battery data such as temperature, voltage, and current to detect anomalies in real time.
Identified abnormal patterns are directly linked to potential fire risks, triggering early alerts.
This enables drivers and enterprises to prevent possible fires in advance and ensure greater safety.
Non-invasive diagnostics for EV batteries
TRIZ-AI™ diagnoses battery performance without the need to remove or dismantle the battery.
By simply connecting to the OBD port, it collects data to quickly and safely detect battery conditions and potential issues.
This non-invasive approach saves time and costs while providing a convenient maintenance solution for drivers and enterprises.
Mobile dashboard for individual EV drivers
TRIZ-AI™ provides an intuitive mobile dashboard designed for individual EV drivers.
Drivers can monitor battery health, performance, and anomaly alerts in real time via their smartphones.
This mobile accessibility enhances safety and convenience, allowing drivers to manage their batteries anytime, anywhere.
TRIZ AI Diagram
TRIZ-AI™ is a real-time diagnostic and predictive system for electric vehicle batteries. Drawing data from OBD2 (on-board diagnostics) systems, the Cloud-based AI platform monitors battery health, estimates remaining useful life (RUL), and identifies early signs of thermal (fire) risk.
The system collects BMS data such as voltage, current, temperature, charging patterns and driving behaviors, which are analyzed using deep learning models to detect signs of degradation. The platform generates alerts and provides health check reports to help prevent hazardous failures and optimize battery performance.

Used Case
Alex owns a sleek Hyundai Ioniq 5, his daily companion on both short city commutes and long weekend drives.
One morning, before setting out on a trip, he simply plugs the small EV-Guard device into his car and launches the TRIZ-AI app on his phone. Within seconds, a vivid dashboard lights up on the screen. He can instantly check the overall health of his battery, monitor the exact rate of degradation, and even see detailed indicators of potential safety concerns.
Every piece of information is presented clearly and intuitively, giving him a sense of control and reassurance. As he drives, the system continues to run quietly in the background, analyzing hundreds of data points in real time.
Whenever an unusual pattern or early sign of risk appears, Alex receives an immediate notification on his phone. He knows about potential problems before they ever become critical, without needing to schedule time-consuming visits to a service center.
For Alex, this means peace of mind, lower maintenance costs, and the freedom to simply enjoy his Ioniq 5-confident that TRIZ-AI is always watching out for his safety.
